Angel's with Dirty Faces follows the rule to some extent because it pretty much shows what they want to see and what is appropriate for the audience. But when thinking about what they do break, they break the not showing the kids what is wrong like when the kids gamble and the fact that no one really respects the cops when they are supposed to.
